- To make a reservation a prepayment of 20% of the total is required. The outstanding balance must be paid in cash on the day.

- The tour takes 90 minutes and can be booked in timeslots from 11.00 to 14.00 from October to May, and from 17.00 to 21.30 in the months of June to September.
