Wine and Local Food Tasting in an ancient Millstone

How to fully immerse yourself in Sicily’s food and wine history? Easy, thanks to Tenute Mannino!

You’ll have the chance to taste a selection of traditional Sicilian products, paired with carefully chosen wines produced by the estate itself. The tasting takes place inside the historic palmento within the patriarchal villa of the estate or, during spring and summer, outdoors in a park adorned with plants typical of Mediterranean flora.

• Visual: Detailed product descriptions are available in audio and Braille format, along with assistance from dedicated staff.
• Hearing: Guests with hearing impairments will find written guides and LIS interpreters to ensure a complete experience.
• Dietary needs: The tasting menu can be customized for those with intolerances, allergies, or specific dietary requirements. Please let us know your needs in advance!
  

This setting is perfect for discovering the winemaking tradition of the family, which has owned the estate for generations. The palmento is one of the oldest in the region and remains perfectly preserved.

The tasting includes: 3 wines, Preserved products (sottolio): black olives, green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, Brolo salami, 4 types of cheese, Sicilian-flavored pâté, Orange and mandarin marmalade, Pane cunzato, House bruschetta, Mandarin brittle.
