Wine tasting at winery on the slopes of Mt. Etna

Explore a winery founded in the early 1900s, located within the Etna Natural Park in a privileged position, 550 meters above sea level! The ancient Tenuta Chiuse del Signore is dedicated to producing high-quality wines with exceptional organoleptic properties, made from four main grape varieties: Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante, and Catarratto.

The activity is accessible to:

You will first visit the estate, following your guide through the former barrel cellar, the vineyards, and finally the palmento (traditional wine press).

Afterward, you will enjoy a tasting of two locally produced wines, accompanied by traditional bread or breadsticks with extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cheeses, cured meats, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and a typical Sicilian dessert.
