Wine tasting with cooking class in a winery in Trecastagni

Etna, besides being Europe's highest active volcano, is home to some of Sicily's most symbolic and important wineries. With this proposal, we take you, precisely, to Trecastagni.

We begin with a visit to the vineyard in Contrada Monte Gorna, from which the young winery takes its name, surrounded by forests of oak, chestnut and broom trees.
The vineyards of Tenuta Monte Gorna, surrounded by mighty terraces of dry stone walls, seem almost to be protected by the majestic silhouette of Mount Etna, which makes the landscape as unique as the soil of the vineyards.

The winery has always cultivated using organic farming methods.

After a visit to the vineyard and cellar, there will be a tasting of the 4 wines, all with great personality, paired with typical local products.
In addition to tasting the wines, the activity includes the participants' creation of a traditional Sicilian first course and dessert, using typical seasonal products.
