Are you a fan of the most famous cult film of the '70s and can’t wait to step into Al Pacino's shoes? This is the tour for you!
Take a trip through the wonderful landscapes of Savoca and Forza D'Agrò, locations where numerous scenes from The Godfather were filmed, and also among the most beautiful historical villages in Sicily.

Departing from Catania around 8:30 am, the first stop will be Savoca. After a brief walk through the historic center and a visit to the Church of San Nicolò, where the wedding scene between Apollonia and Michael Corleone was filmed, you will stop at the famous Bar Vitelli. The bar has remained almost unchanged since the '70s, and inside you’ll find many details referencing the film. According to Francis Ford Coppola, this was the perfect place to shoot scenes for his masterpiece.

The next stop will be Forza D’Agrò, a small village perched on a hill 400 meters above sea level. Here, among its narrow streets, some of the rural scenes of the film were shot. From its beautiful viewpoint, you will admire the entire coast from Messina to Syracuse and the imposing Mount Etna.

Around 6:00 pm, you will return to your accommodation.
This tour is conducted in a minibus or van.
Pick-up: included from your accommodation in Catania and nearby towns, usually around 9:00 am.
