Read moreYou will begin your culinary adventure with a visit to the local market with the chef, during which you will purchase the necessary ingredients for the dishes you'll prepare during your cooking class.
This experience is designed to be accessible to everyone, including those with visual, auditory, mobility, and dietary disabilities. Every part of the experience is planned to ensure that every participant, regardless of their needs, can enjoy the class in an inclusive and safe way.Accessible routes are available for people with mobility difficulties, but some areas may not be entirely free of architectural barriers. However, the staff is available to assist anyone who needs support. Additionally, the restaurant features visual and tactile signage to help people with visual disabilities navigate the space.
For those with hearing impairments, written materials will be provided, and, upon request, the class can be accompanied by sign language interpretation. Furthermore, the ingredients and preparation methods will be explained in a way that ensures everyone can understand and actively participate, even those who require specific accommodations.
You will enjoy the dishes you prepared, along with some of the restaurant's specialties. You will be served a full lunch, including dishes prepared by the chef, as well as everything you've cooked yourselves. For those with specific dietary needs, such as intolerances or allergies, alternative options will be provided so that everyone can enjoy the meal without worry.
What you will taste at the end of the lesson: appetizers, two first courses, two main courses, a dessert, accompanied by a dessert wine, coffee or tea. Each dish is prepared with attention to various dietary needs, and alternatives are available based on personal requirements.
Duration of the class: approximately 3 hours. An experience designed to be enjoyed by everyone, in complete comfort and safety, with inclusive solutions and support for those with specific needs.

What is included
- Cooking course of about 3 hours, short tour of the vegetable and fish market to buy the necessary ingredients (included in the price of the course).
- A glass of wine will be offered to every participant during the lesson.
- A lunch will follow: it will consist of the dishes prepared during the lesson and other specialities cooked by the Chef: starters, two first courses and two main courses.Water and soft drinks included.
- At the beginning of the course, you will be equipped with pen, notepad and an apron personalized by the restaurant. At the end of the course, you will get your certificate of attendance signed by the Chef.
