Cooking course of Sicilian 'tavola calda' or breakfast

For those who love 360° of Sicilian cuisine, for the curious, the greedy and the eternally undecided. Take part in a Sicilian cooking class with the theme of culinary delights of Sicily - delights which have been imitated all over the world! You can choose between 'tavola calda' snacks or breakfast. At the end of each lesson there will be a tasting of what you have prepared with the chef.

- Sicilian 'Tavola Calda' snacks course (3 lessons): starting with the base ingredients, you will learn how to prepare all the big players of the Sicilian 'Tavola Calda', bar specialities such as the 'pizzette' (small pizzas) 'arancini' (fried rice balls), 'cartocciate' (closed pizzas), 'cipolline' (puff pastry snacks filled with onion tomatoes and cheese) and the 'siciliana' (a special fried closed pizza).

- Sicilian breakfast course (3 lessons): the first lesson will look at preparing brioche and shortcrust pastry, while the second lesson leavened pastries.

Duration of each lesson: approximately 3.5 hours. The lessons will take place on a weekly basis and we will let you know the date and time of the first lesson.
