Beginners cooking course in Catania, 7 lessons

If you want to embark on an important journey that will give you access to the secrets and techniques of Italian Culinary Tradition – with a special focus on Sicilian cuisine – we offer you a 7-lesson course that will provide you with a complete overview of our world-famous cuisine.

During the lessons, you will prepare complete menus featuring traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on Sicilian specialties.
At the end of each cooking lesson, dulcis in fundo, you will taste the dishes you have prepared with your own hands!

Main topics covered: selection and cleaning of raw materials, basic recipes, preparation of pasta, rice, meat, fish, broths, creams, and desserts. Additionally, you will learn how to set and decorate the table.

If you wish to take only one lesson instead of the entire course, you can select the single lesson option during booking.

The lessons will be held weekly, and we will inform you of the date and time of the first lesson. All subsequent lessons will be scheduled together with the instructor and the other participants. Each lesson will last approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.
