This experience starts first with the tour of the fish market in Ortigia where you will pick the freshest ingredients necessary for the recipes to be cooked. From here you will reach Fiora’s house and inside her kitchen you will undertake the preparation, cooking and presentation of two Sicilian dishes. At the end you will have lunch inside her comfortable dining room or in her bright terrace overlooking the sea, tasting all the recipes prepared during your Demo Cooking Class.
