Spend some time surrounded by countryside and enjoy a relaxing olfactory experience. You will be taken to a local farm where an experienced guide will show you the different kinds of medicinal and ornamental plants. You will get the chance to touch, smell and eventually eat them.
Your sensory experience will be followed by a cooking show where a professional chef will prepare for you some local dishes using fresh herbs and produce from the garden.
At the end you will taste the delicious dishes previously prepared, battered sage, bread with anchoves, pasta "alla norma" (pasta with deeep fried aubergines, tomato and ricotta cheese), lemon zests, curly parsley, caponata, lentils salad, cheese with thymus honey, dessert.
