For bike lovers there's no better way to enjoy this sport and the unspoilt nature of Etna than taking part in a half-day trip with a licensed guide, who will lead you in the discovery of bike routes that are not too demanding, but all the same adrenaline-racing.

You can choose between 2 different routes.

High altitude Etna trail
Trail length: approximately 12 km.
Elevation: 150 m.
From Milia, entrance to the Forest Park at 1700 m, you will head towards the Altomontana track of Nicolosi, through forests and dirt roads, easy to navigate and without large climbs. You will see unique scenery and great landscapes. You will have a stop at the refuge Palestra, then head back on the same trail. Not being a particularly challenging route, it is suitable for everyone.

Trail through the woods of Etna
Trail length: approximately 12 km.
Elevation: 150 m.
The adventure begins along a forest route near Case Zampini, near Bronte, at an altitude of 1300 m, where you will have the opportunity to observe the flora and fauna that characterize this area. From here, you will continue your trip enjoying the picture postcard scenery that will surround you, including unforgettable sights of old lava flows.

Pick-up: included in the city of Catania and the neighbouring municipalities. The pick-up takes place at 8:30 or 9:30. Return is expected for 13:30 or 14:30 respectively.
Mountain bike rental, helmet and backpack: included.
