Embark on a gastronomic journey of Sicilian tradition. You will meet the chef in the centre of Catania, close to the famous "Pescheria" market, and you will have the chance to personalise the menu of the day with the chef himself - all dishes 100% Sicilian style!

After having decided on the menu that you like best, the chef will take you around the famous Catania market to do the shopping, getting you involved in all the bartering for the necessary ingredients. Once all the produce are bought, it's time to try your hand in a traditional Sicilian cuisine cookery class!
Following the chef, you will prepare the whole menu, which will include an appetiser, first course, second course, fruit or sweet.

You will have the chance to prepare bruschetta, pasta alla norma, anchovy pastries, or tiramisù. The chef will teach you some of the tricks of the trade in preparing some of the most delicious Sicilian dishes.
If you are vegetarian or have other dietary requirements, the chef will help you prepare a menu completely tailored to your needs.

At the end of the cookery class, and to reward all your hard work.. you will be served lunch, finally the time to enjoy all those wonderful dishes you helped to prepare.
