If you're lovers of good food and good cooking, this cooking class of classic and revisited Sicilian dishes is definitely for you. Being a private class, it will be just you and the chef, with the entire kitchen at your disposal.You will get involved in the preparation of dishes that express the best of Sicily. Depending on the period and the availability of seasonal products, the chef will teach both classic and modern Sicilian recipes. Some examples of dishes you will learn to prepare: aubergine parmigiana, caponata, black spaghetti with squid ink, tuna with sesame and spring onions.
Duration: approximately 3.5 hours. Being a private cooking class, the chef will be exclusively at your disposal.
