Attend a private cooking class. It will be just you and the chef, with the entire kitchen at your disposal. The Sicilian tradition of pastry-making will no longer hold any secrets. At the end of the lesson you will have a tasting of what you have prepared with the chef.
It's up to you to choose between the following lessons:
- Baked Cakes: discover the latest trends in contemporary Sicilian pastry-making. Challenge yourself to prepare some of these authentic delicacies.
- Traditional Sicilian biscuits: discover all the secrets and learn how to cook traditional Sicilian biscuits, such as "buccellato" and "cassatelle" with chocolate, ricotta or dried figs.
- Festive Sweets: learn the festive recipes for Christmas, Easter and Carnival.
- Jams: dedicate yourselves to the preparation of jams and marmalades of citrus and other fruits, suitable for breakfast, but also great with meat or cheese. A combination which enhances the flavour of both.
Duration: approximately 3.5 hours.
Being a private cooking class, the chef will be exclusively at your disposal. -

- Cooking class exclusively for you.The lesson lasts about 3 and a half hours and will take place in a modern and well-equipped kitchen.
