This ancient palace dates back to 1870 and overlooks the remaining of the Roman amphitheater and the composer's statue Vincenzo Bellini.
The palace was sold to Giuseppe Luigi Beneventano della Corte in 1870; it was finished by the engineer Lanzerotti and the interiors were embellished by illustrious artists of the late 19th century such as Giuseppe Sciuti, Alessandro Abante and Alfonso Orabana.
