Build and drive a go-kart

This fun team building exercise will see participants competing in a race of go-karts that have been built by their own fair hands!

Each participant will be tested in their leadership ability, communication skills, strategy and time-management.

The participants will be divided up into small groups and then given various recycled materials (cardboard, pvc tubes, rubber wheels, adhesive tape, etc). And then it's time to exchange ideas, plan and work together to build a go-kart, and then compete with the other teams on an ad-hoc race circuit!

Depending on requirements the circuit can be either outside or inside, as long as there is enough space. The race will also include some "special challenges", which will reward the winners with additional materials and tools!

Each activity is designed to test team work, communication skills and leadership.
