- To make a reservation a prepayment of 15% of the total is required. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or credit card. We accept all main credit cards.

- Check-in from 14:00 and check-out 11:00 the next day.
- Pets are allowed if they are small. They can have access to the park but not to the breakfast room and restaurant.

Cancellation policy
- The deposit paid upon booking is not refundable under any circumstances. Withdrawal is allowed up to 48 hours before the date of arrival.
