Yoga and meditation lover? Some say there is nothing better than combining a relaxing day on board of a Caique and Yoga! Try it!

You will board the caique in the tourist harbour of Riposto from where you will start your sailing towards Taormina.You will start the Yoga activity with the Pranayama practice, in order to acquire awareness and manage your breathing. You will then pass onto Hatha Yoga a practice that helps you control your body and mind, promoting physical vigour and flexibility and also leading to a profound relaxation and concentration.
You will then be able to relax and cherish the view on Taormina and its beautiful bays: Giardini Naxos and the Mazzarò Cove. You will visit the natural reserve of Isola Bella, the Sirens Bay and the Sant'Alessio Castle. During the sailing you will be offered drinks and soft drinks.

Schedule: departure at ether 10:00 or 14:30. Return at either 13:30 aor 18:00.
Yoga session duration: 1 hour.
Departure location: Tourist harbour of Riposto (CT).
Maximum 20 people on board
