Accessibility:
- Deaf people: Communication through a sign language interpreter or written communication devices, with assistance from the guide.
- Blind people: An expert guide will provide detailed verbal descriptions of the landscapes, craters, and geological features during the excursion.
- People with limited mobility and wheelchair users: The route is accessible by minivan, with assistance available for getting in and out of the vehicle. The tour is designed to ensure maximum comfort even for those with mobility difficulties.
- Dietary restrictions: Special dietary options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) are available upon request. Dietary requirements can be communicated in advance.
The tour will take place in a minivan that can accommodate up to 7 passengers and one wheelchair. A stop at a farm for a honey and local products tasting is included.

- In case of bad weather conditions, if the organizer considers inappropriate/unsafe to operate the experience, you will agree a new date with your guide. If it will not be possible to arrange a new date, you will be refunded.
