- Balance must be paid 30 days before, by bank transfer. If booking is made during the 30 days before the tour beginning, it is required a 100% payment.

- In case the activity cannot be rescheduled, you will be refunded.

- Withdrawal policy: 20% of the total price is not refundable.
- In case of cancellation notified 15 days before, you will be due the full amount. Otherwise, you will not be refunded.
