Lunch at Wine cellar at Trecastagni and tour of the vineyard

Treat yourselves to a break from the daily grind, to immerse yourselves in a calm and tranquil environment at the feet of Etna, where for centuries nature is the undisputed boss.
You will visit the vineyard of Mount Gorna, after which the young wine cellar Contrada Monte Gorna is named, surrounded by woods of oak, sweet chestnut and broom, characteristic of the zone.
The grapevines are protected by the majestic silhouette of Etna, which makes the landscape as unique as the soil beneath the grapevines.
The wine cellar has always cultivated according to organic agriculture.
The end of the tour will be followed by a lunch in the wine cellar, during which you will taste 3 wines: Etna bianco doc, Etna rosso doc, Etna rosso doc da barricato.
For lunch you will enjoy traditional local products such as: aubergine caponata, grilled vegetables, ricotta, cheese, salami with pistachio, sausage, pancetta, green olives, black olives, cooled red and white wine from Etna, and coffee.
