Visit at the Cellar and Wine Tasting in Scicli

There is something mysterious and fascinating in the route that transform a grape into the nectar of an excellent wine. You will visit a farm of Scicli (Ragusa) to understand some of the secrets of this long process and you will taste its wines in the barrel room.
The tour will begin at the farm visiting the vineyards of Nero d'Avola, close to the company and, upon request, you will have the opportunity to continue, next to to the sea.
Then you will be guided to the tour of the cellar, with a focus on the fermentation and ageing (barrel) departments with the explanation of the processing method adopted. In the barrel room you will taste 3 types of wines Nero d'Avola from different years. Each wine will be coupled with the typical Sicilian bread and cheese from a local farm that produces midlle-aged Ragusano Dop.
