We have just the right proposal for you! In the magic atmosphere of the countryside, amidst centuries-old olive groves, quiet landscapes and a lush natural setting, we offer you a tour to discover together a tradition strongly linked to the Sicilian territory: the olive harvest.
After a brief introduction on the curiosities of the olive tree and the benefits of extra-virgin olive oil, you will be actively involved: from the laying of nets under the trees to the harvesting of the olives in the appropriate baskets, and on to the tasting of the very first fruit. To complete these rich flavours, a brunch with five typical local hors d'oeuvres and a wine tasting. All surrounded by greenery.
