Day Programme
8.30: Pick-up from your accommodation in Catania. Departure towards the Rifugio Sapienza.
9.30: Arrival at the lodge Rifugio Sapienza. Visit the Silvestri craters and the rift following the 2001 eruption.
If you want you can buy the Complete Tour until 2920m asl which includes the cable car ticket until 2540m and the jeep from 2540m asl to 2920m asl.
12.30: Departure for Taormina, where the driver will accompany you to the Porta Messina, the access point to the pedestrian zone of the city. From here you can have a nice walk and visit the historical centre of Taormina and the splendid Greek Ampitheatre. For shopping lovers, Taormina is the perfect place to shop luxury brands, souvenirs or even art.
16.30: Departure and return to your accommodation at about 17.30.

This is a private tour and it has a private driver, who will try to satisfy your needs. The driver, due to Italian law, cannot accompany you to monuments, but will give you directions and of course answer your questions.

The car is exclusive: you will not share the car with other people.
