Pizza cooking class with final tasting

The activity will begin with a pleasant stroll along the paths leading to the olive grove, vineyard and citrus orchard. These spaces offer pleasant nature walks. The first stop will be in the aromatic garden, to enjoy a sensory game to discover the main aromatic plants of the Mediterranean. Then you will visit the small wheat field (in production from December to June) to admire and talk about ears of corn, flour, cereals.
And here we come to the most fun part, inside the farm: with 'your hands in the dough' you will be involved in the working and making of pizza, amidst the secrets of leavening and the wood-fired oven. An experience that has its charm, especially if in such a characteristic setting. After baking you will continue, in the garden veranda, with the tasting of the pizza and 2 wines. All this will make this visit to the farm absolutely memorable!
