Read moreYou will take part to a cooking lesson to learn how to prepare the authentic Italian home made pasta or special meat recipes.
Once you have booked the course, you will receive a coupon. Get in touch as soon as possible with the chef in order to arrange the lesson schedule.
You can choose one of the following lessons:
- Home Made Pasta: you will learn the techniques and basic doughs to make a special home made pasta.
- Meat main Courses: you will prepare four recipes, each with a different type of meat, which will introduce the themes: choice of the cut, conservation, cooking.
At the end of the course, you will taste all the prepared dishes.
Duration: about 3 hours.
