Cooking Class: Making Pizza in Taormina

Are you deep pizza enthusiasts who have tried it in every possible way but have never tried making it yourself?
Spend half a day with the Chef of one of the oldest restaurants in Taormina and learn all the secrets of pizza making.
The lesson will take place in a pizzeria located in the center of Taormina. You’ll watch a professional pizzaiolo at work who will reveal all the tricks for making a perfect pizza: kneading, stretching, baking, and understanding cooking times.
You’ll make your own pizza and at the end of the class, you’ll be able to taste it – a great incentive to get involved.
Additionally, the restaurant will offer you a pizza prepared by your instructor, along with some typical Sicilian appetizers.
The cooking class will be held in the charming setting of a restaurant that stands on the ancient Greek-Roman walls that once surrounded the town of Taormina.
