Cooking show and food tasting on a farm

This experience is suitable for:

You will participate in a cooking demonstration inside an agricultural farm in the Agrigento countryside. During the cooking show, the chef will prepare three typical Sicilian dishes, explaining step by step all the necessary steps to achieve a perfect result.
Naturally, you will be able to interact with the chef, asking for advice and trade secrets! Among the highlight dishes, we must mention the caponata, cavatelli, and the typical Modican nougat. The dishes prepared change according to the season to ensure the freshness of the ingredients.
At the end of the cooking show, at the farm’s restaurant, you will taste all the dishes prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine.
You will also visit the farm’s aromatic garden and have the opportunity to visit the Chiaramonte Castle or the Farm Cultural Park art gallery, both just a few kilometers away.
