Sicilian Cooking Class near Catania

After having worn your apron and enjoyed your glass of a sweet Sicilian Wine, called Malvasia, you will start your cooking lesson.
You will cook a full menu and, after that, you will taste the prepared dishes during your lunch or dinner in an elegant location.
You will be engaged in preparing cook 3 different recipes to be chosen between: Palermo caponata, swordfish with orange salad, tuna fish, fresh home-made pasta (you will prepare the pasta first and after that you will dress it according to traditional Sicilian recipes), "arancini" (fried balls), bitter-sweet meat balls, chicken with almonds, vegetable cous cous, "cannoli", cassata, cassatelle of Agira.

Upon booking, you may indicate the 3 different dishes you wish to cook, inside the dedicated comment area. It is also possible to cook 3 dishes of the same kind (ex. 3 pasta dishes, 3 main courses o 3 desserts).
