Read moreTake a step back in time to discover the flora and fauna of the Madonie mountains.
In the morning you will visit the Trail of the Golden Eagle, giving you the chance to see these magnificent specimens as they nest in the mountain of Pizzo Canna. We'll go back to the times of the shepherds, who in their traditional hay barns, "Pagliai", will show you how to make hot ricotta - a taste that awakens the senses. And then to follow, a lunch of local products in the haybarn, followed by a stop at the Sanctuary of Gibilmanna, one of the oldest Marian sanctuaries in the Madonie.
