Booking terms and conditions
- An advance payment of 15% of the total amount is required for the reservation. Balance shall be paid by bank transfer 3 days before the departure. You are kindly requested to provide your name and a valid phone number to be contacted while in Italy.

- Minimum age: 16 years.
- Under-age children must have the authorization by at least one parent or legal guardian, and must be accompanied by an adult.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, you can arrange a new date or request a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation policy
- The deposit paid upon booking is not refundable under any circumstances. The withdrawal is allowed until the balance is cleared.
